Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Divolog.

Welcome to Divolog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Divolog mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services") operated by CorpNexus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Divolog ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.
1. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Divolog. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Divolog is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
- You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
- You may not use Divolog for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
2. User Content
- You retain ownership of all content you post to Divolog, including dive logs, photos, and messages.
- By posting content, you grant Divolog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
- You are solely responsible for the content you post. Content must not violate any third-party rights or contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
3. Dive Clubs & Events
- Dive clubs and dive centers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, event information, and communications with users.
- Divolog does not endorse any dive club or event. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by third parties.
- Any transactions, bookings, or agreements between users and dive clubs are solely between those parties. Divolog is not a party to such agreements.
- Verified dive centers have submitted documentation but this does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of their services.
4. Safety & Liability
- Diving is an inherently risky activity. You are solely responsible for your own safety and must ensure you have proper training and certification.
- Divolog provides information and connections but does not provide diving instruction, equipment, or supervision.
- We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages arising from diving activities arranged through our platform.
- Always verify certifications, conditions, and safety measures before participating in any diving activity.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Impersonating others or creating fake profiles or dive clubs.
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content or event listings.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Attempting to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Using the platform for spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
6. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your right to use Divolog immediately ceases. Some provisions of these terms will survive termination.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of Divolog after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Divolog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Services at your own risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Divolog shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
